Regulation amending the representative prices and additional import duties for certain sugar products
The European Commission has implemented Regulation No. 209/2010 amending the representative prices and additional import duties for certain products in the sugar sector fixed by Regulation 877/2009 for the 2009/10 marketing year. Commission Regulations fixing import duties on husked rice, semi-milled and wholly milled rice
The European Commission recently published Regulation No. 191/2010 fixing the import duties on husked rice falling within CN code 1006.20 and Regulation No. 192/2010 fixing import duties on semi-milled and wholly milled rice falling within CN Code 1006.30.
Classification of a rear-view mirror reversing system
The UK Customs Tribunal was recently called upon to make a ruling as to the classification of rear-view mirror reversing systems in the case of Spot Technology (TC00300). The issue was whether the system in question was entitled to an Autonomous Duty Suspension under CN code 8528.59.90.20:
