ADD on Stainless Steel Fasteners from Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines
Monday, 18 June 2012 13:21
June 14, 2012- EU Commission initiates an investigation in to circumvention of anti-dumping duty measures on certain stainless steel fasteners (and parts thereof) to movements from Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines.

All imports of stainless steel fasteners from these countries will now be registered.  If the investigation concludes that anti-circumvention is taking place (i.e. transhipment of Chinese goods through these countries or operations being set up in these countries to avoid these measures) then ADD may be charged on imports from 14 June onwards.

Details of the anti-circumvention investigation are included in Commission Regulation 502/2012.
