Revised Notice on Customs Valuation

On 14 July HMRC issued a revised notice on Customs Valuation (PN252) to take into account the treatment of post import work and changes to the Air Transport Costs percentages to be included in the customs value as a result of Croatia joining the EU.

Please note that although the Notice is a useful guide to customs valuation, it does not have legal affect.  If you have any questions on this sensitive area of customs law then please contact us.
